Four steps, in this order
Nothing is committed until you sign the application, and you will know where it stands at every stage.
From first call to policy in force
- 1

Frank weighs policies across the carriers he is contracted with and explains the trade-offs.
- 3
Apply
Paperwork is prepared for you. Most carriers accept DocuSign, so it can be signed from home.
- 4
Underwriting
The carrier reviews the application. Frank tracks it and tells you where it stands.
Questions people ask
As published by Biaggi Life. Every answer is on the page.
Should I speak to someone first?
Yes. Options vary widely. Frank provides illustrations so you can compare.
What are "living benefits"?
Riders on some modern policies that let you access part of the death benefit while you're alive. Many older policies don't have them — a common reason to get an existing policy reviewed.
Is there a cost for a quote?
No. Quotes and illustrations are free. You only pay premiums if you accept a policy.
How do I know he's on my side?
Decades in the industry, and the time taken to explain options rather than push one product.
What makes his clients different?
Experience and independence — thousands of policies written, and knowledge of how these products have evolved.
